Madani : PDP chief Abdul Nazir Madani arrested in 2008 Bangalore serial blasts case which has been occurred on 25 July 2008 in Bangalore, India. A series of nine bombs exploded in which two people were killed and 20 injured. According to the Bangalore City Police, the blasts were caused by low-intensity crude bombs triggered by timers. The Bangalore Police today on August 17, 2010 (Tuesday) arrested People’s Democratic Party (PDP) chief Abdul Nasser Madani in connection with his role in the 2008 blast in the city. Just as Madani was leaving his residence-cum-party headquarters to surrender at the court, a contingent of Karnataka and Kerala police arrived and took him into custody. The arrest comes after a warrant was issued by a local court againstAbdul Nazir Madani. Madani is the key accused in the 2008 Bangalore serial bombings.A Bangalore court June 15 issued an arrest warrant against Madani. The warrant has been extended four times and Tuesday was the last date for Karnataka Police to bring him before the court.
Madani, the 31st accused in the Bangalore bomb blast case, has denied his involvement in the bombing in which in which two people were killed and 20 injured. Earlier, an emotionally charged Madani told reporters that it was a “conspiracy hatched politically”. He reiterated that he was innocent.
The PDP leader, while addressing the media in Kollam, said that he was not involved in Bangalore blasts. He also appealed to party workers to refrain from causing any communal tension.
The states of Karnataka and Kerala have been involved in a bitter war of words over Karnataka Home Minister VS Acharya’s comment that Kerala had not been cooperating on Madani’s arrest. On the other hand Kerala claims that state has been extending all help to Karnataka Police team that is in Kollam to arrest Madani.

was never used for any transactions. Still I was getting bill, they told me this is for Royal sundaram insurance added into your acconut. I never received any policy
. The amount was Rs.2300/- I was very frusteted from calls. Once I spoke to Mr. Raman for account closure on Feb 2008 and he agree to close my account after payment 
of Rs. 1500/-
All of them promised me that I will get a call back regarding the same. Although I mentioned to them that i had spoken to the executive before and then later on to the supervisor and had the confirmation that my card is closed and I am not supposed to make any further payments
I had given a Payment 1500/- to Mr. Joshi from Pune – cell n. 9822011034 He issued me a bill for the same. Receipt No. 10948371 he has written on receipt "This is the full and final payment"
The letter stating the final closure was to be mailed later.
The SBI card email address continues to send me my bill regualrly each month, but is taking no interest to resolve the issue.
Now the due amount incresed
to 20,000/-
So finally I still stand in the same situation, Can you please help me get this resolved.
Looking forward to your reply. I also would like to get a clearance so that my name is not featured in the CIBIL defaulter list.

"We have received a letter ... asking us to ensure that legal intervention capability is put in place for BlackBerry services by 31 August 2010," a statement from Tata Teleservices, one of the operators given the deadline, said.

"It is binding upon them and the DoT (department of telecommunications), which is the nodal agency, will ensure that it is followed strictly in the interest of national security."
A source at one of India's biggest telecom operators said the government wants "suitable interception and monitoring" solution in readable format for the law enforcement agencies.
According to a government source, RIM has already assured India of limited access to BlackBerry instant messages by Sept. 1, and promised talks this week on monitoring its more secure corporate email.
RIM has lost more than 11 percent of its market capitalisation since Aug. 1, when governments in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates said they would also consider a ban.
But some analysts say the fall has been overdone and expect a bounce as RIM resolves the issue.
