Well known for his cricket skills that has earned the little man fans all across the globe, Sachin Tendulkar steps into social networking site Twitter. The new move from the cricket great has pleased all his fans who can now communicate directly with the cricketer.
A Sachin fan delighted with the latest news tweeted the inspiration lines of Pt Nehru, " At the stroke of the midnight when most Indians were sleeping, Sachin joined Twitter.”
Sachin’s Twitter ID is http://twitter.com/sachin_rt.His first tweet read, "Finally the original SRT is on twitter n the first thing I'd like to do is wish my colleagues the best in the Windies".
Sachin received a warm welcome in the site. Shilpa Shetty welcoming the cricket ace wrote, "Finally on twitter, The God of cricket himself. A big welcome shout for Sachin Tendulkar himself @sachin_rt spread the word".
